  • Fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time

Specific refund policies for camps or memberships should be reviewed at the time of registration.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We may cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds or credits, if applicable, will be handled according to our posted refund policy.

Participants who cancel may not be eligible for a full refund depending on timing and program terms.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Respect coaches, staff, and other athletes

  • Follow safety guidelines

  • Maintain sportsmanship

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these standards without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, logos, graphics, videos, and branding, is the property of Remix Sports Academy and may not be used without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Remix Sports Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in programs.

Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risk. You assume full responsibility for any injury or loss resulting from participation.
