The program will be designed to meet the needs of each athlete and the group as a whole, with a focus on individual skill development as well as team skills. The program will also incorporate conditioning and strength training to improve overall fitness.

The small group setting allows for individual attention and feedback while also providing the opportunity for team building and communication skills to be developed. Consistency and dedication to the program are key to achieving desired results
